How the national scheme works

The number is the Número de Registro issued through the Ventanilla Única Digital de Arrendamientos (VUDA) / Registro at the Colegio de Registradores.

Under Regulation (EU) 2024/1028, since 20 May 2026 platforms must collect, display and periodically verify registration numbers and share activity data with authorities. Unregistered listings can be removed.
