How the national scheme works
Where your municipality has adopted a registratieplicht, you request a registration number (many municipalities use the shared toeristischeverhuur.nl system) and must show it in every advertisement.

Under Regulation (EU) 2024/1028, since 20 May 2026 platforms must collect, display and periodically verify registration numbers and share activity data with authorities. Unregistered listings can be removed.
